Every Nifty Posters product is printed to order - just for you! This allows us to cut down on unnecessary wastage and to ensure that each and every wall art print is in tiptop shape.
WHERE IS NIFTY POSTERS BASED?
The Nifty Posters office is located in Stellenbosch.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE READY AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?
As a general rule of thumb, it takes a maximum of 5-10 working days for your order to arrive in the recipient's hands. Those 5-10 working days are broken down into "production time" (4-6 working days) plus "courier time" (see below).
Cape Town area (within 45km of CBD): 2-4 working daysRegional areas (outside 45km of CBD): 2-5 working daysOutlying areas (Townships and other outlying areas): 4-7 working days
HOW MUCH DOES THE COURIER COST?
We charge a flat courier fee of R95 per order unless your total shopping cart value is at least R1500, then you will receive FREE SHIPPING on your order! We can ship anywhere in South Africa.

We currently make use of The Courier Guy for all our parcel deliveries.

All our wall art pieces are printed to order in Stellenbosch, South Africa.
WHERE DOES THE ARTWORK SOLD AS PRINTS ON NIFTY POSTERS COME FROM?
We collaborate with designers, illustrators, artists, photographers and public domain resources to curate a wide selection of wall art that we print in-house.

We currently offer five wall art print sizes:
A5 (148mm x 210mm)
A4 (210mm x 297mm)
A3 (297mm x 420mm)
A2 (420mm x 594mm) on selected prints only.
A1 (594 x 841 mm) on selected prints only.

250 g/m² Premium Luster Photo Paper (A5,A4 and A3 wall art prints). 260 g/m² Calisto Satin Paper (A2 & A1 wall art prints).

DOES MY POSTER COME WITH A FRAME?
Unfortunately not. After ordering your poster, please make sure to visit our “Frames” page and order your frame of choice that will accompany your print. We will then frame your poster print in your selected poster frame.
You are more than welcome to inform us what print you would like in what frame if you ordered more than one.
DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?
Getting a gift for someone but not quite sure what wall art prints they'd like best? Get a gift voucher instead and let them choose for themselves!
You'll receive your digital gift voucher with a unique code via email. You can either send it on, or you can print it. The recipient can redeem the voucher on our online store. The voucher code will remain valid until its rand value is R0.00. You will receive your digital voucher automatically via email after you've made your payment.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept EFT, Credit Card and Cheque Cards.
We offer secure authenticated and encrypted credit and cheque card processing, from MasterCard and Visa card holders, within South Africa only. Secure card processing is done via Payflex.
If you select “Bank deposit” payment, a digital invoice will be sent to you along with our banking details for you to make an electronic transfer. Please note that you will need to send us your digital proof of payment for us to process your order and reconcile your payment. Please use your unique order number as reference.
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?
Prints: We cannot offer returns on prints as they are all custom 'made to order' products.
Frames: If you ordered an incorrect frame size or colour it must be sent back for a replacement or refund. Please note there will be an extra shipping fee for the collection of the incorrect item ordered and when resending the correct item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
